Park entry fee

Panama's Ministry of Environment (MiAmbiente) charges visitors who arrive by sea. Its posted rate is $10 (B/.10) per person for foreign visitors and B/.4 for Panamanians. The fee is extra on the tours we list. MiAmbiente offers online payment, and tour companies may send you the steps.

Which cay can you visit?

MiAmbiente says visits to Cayo Zapatilla 1 are restricted to protect nesting hawksbill turtles. Cayo Zapatilla 2 is open to visitors who follow the park rules. Your boat crew will know which one you can land on.
